We are an international consultancy for business, marketing and human resources. international entertainment company based in Berlin, Dresden and Krakow we are looking for a Customer Service and Test Representative (m/f) YOUR TASKS If you want to be part of a development team that creates an amazing mobile app for millions of music fans around the globe, then this is the right job for you! You will be part of a small but dynamic team to set up and run the Customer Service Support and QA division of this office. Your role is embedded in the development team and split 2/3 for Customer Service Support and 1/3 for Quality Assurance. You will primarily provide technical support to our customer base, answering individual enquiries and also coordinating the identification and resolution of high impact issues. You will also assist the Scrum Development team in testing builds and ensuring a good quality product. You will maintain the testing guidelines and write test instructions for release specific testing. YOUR PROFILE Ideally you know Music Maker Jam and have a passion for music. You are a structured and agile team member that knows how to work autonomously and closely with developers to help drive the overall product quality.
